Dosage: Take 5ml of Catholyte mixed with 100ml of water on an EMPTY stomach 30-60 minutes before meals once or twice per day for the first 7 days, then the dosage may be increased to 25ml mixed with 100-150ml water once or twice daily on an EMPTY stomach.
