About the formula and suitability
The formula combines bulk-forming psyllium with stimulant laxative botanicals. Its practical purpose is bowel regularity during occasional constipation. The high capsule-count directions and ingredient quantities should be confirmed against the current label before use.
Dosage: Twice daily one hour before meals (or when necessary) – take 10-25 capsules with a glass of water (300ml). Always drink plenty of water during the day when using the Colon Cleanse.

CAUTION: Liquorice can increase blood pressure.
